Do you offer any refunds?

Only if you cancel within the first 30 days of your subscription, you will receive the refund of the amount you paid.

Which of your hours are you available?

The business hours of our business are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST (4:30 pm to 12:00 midnight GMT) on Monday to Friday. If you have any support tickets submitted outside of our business hours, we will do our best to respond to them as soon as possible. Outside of our business hours, we will be available in case of website downtime or hacking attacks.

How do I file a support ticket?

Once you sign up with us, you can login to your My Account interface and under the Support menu, you'll be able to open a ticket in our support ticket portal.

What happens if my website gets hacked?
