We do not provide any multisite WordPress site service with these WordPress maintenance plans.
What if an update breaks the website?
In the event that an update to your website leads to issues, we will roll back the update, test, fix the issues. In some cases, the WordPress plugin or theme may not be supported by its designer, so it might not be possible to accommodate a fix. In those cases, we will suggest alternatives solutions.
Do you offer any refunds?
Only if you cancel within the first 30 days of your subscription, you will receive the refund of the amount you paid.
Which of your hours are you available?
The business hours of our business are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST (4:30 pm to 12:00 midnight GMT) on Monday to Friday. If you have any support tickets submitted outside of our business hours, we will do our best to respond to them as soon as possible. Outside of our business hours, we will be available in case of website downtime or hacking attacks.
How do I file a support ticket?
Once you sign up with us, you can login to your My Account interface and under the Support menu, you'll be able to open a ticket in our support ticket portal.
What happens if my website gets hacked?
WordPress is a secure, extensively tested and up-to-date software. Its plugins, templates and modifications added later by users weaken it. If your website gets hacked, we will scan and identifying malicious files and remove them to restore full function. You will charge you a fee of $100 for breach remediation.
